INGREDIENTS:
Szechwan Lovage Rhizome, Chinese Angelica, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Fructus Anisi Stellati, Cinnamon, Huai San, Special Herbals & Seasoning Recipe.
 
PREPARATION:
1. 1 packet Masfood Spices For Cooking Ichiban Klang Meat Bone Tea Soup.
2. 1.5kg meat, ribs (cut in preferred size).
3. 4pcs black garlic.
4. 2000ml water.
5. 1 spoon thick soy sauce.
6. 2 spoons soy sauce.
7. 1 spoon oyster sauce.
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Boil 2000ml water.
2. Add in Masfood Spices For Cooking Ichiban Klang Meat Bone Tea Soup, garlic, meats, ribs, thick soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce into the boiling water.
3. Boil the water again and then cook for 1 hour using low fire. Remove the filter bag and serve hot.
 
PERSEDIAAN:
1. 1 paket Masfood Rempah Herba Untuk Sup Tulang.
2. 1.5kg daging, (potong dalam ketul).
3. 4 biji bawang putih.
4. 2000ml air.
5. 1 sudu kicap hitam.
6. 2 sudu kicap.
7. 1 sudu sos tiram.
 
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Didihkan 2000ml air.
2. Tambahkan Masfood Rempah Herba Untuk Sup Tulang, bawang putih,daging, kicap hitam, kicap, sos tiram ke dalam air didih.
3. Didihkan air semula, kemudian masakkan selama 1 jam dengan api kecil. Keluarkan bungkusan rempah, makan dengan panas.
