Ingrendient:
Garlic, sugar,salt,shallot,chili,shrimp,shrimp paste (belacan),oil,MSG(E621),prereservative(211).
Sambal Chili Shrimp
 
1.Open the packet ,already can eat with other food.
2.If not eat after open, please put in refrigeration.Next time serve after fried. Sambal chili Chicken Method (Suitable for fish ,beef, mutton , prawn, clam, petai bean also)
 
Preparation:
1.MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste 1 pkt.
2.Chicken meat (800g-1kg).
 
Cooking Method:
1.Heat the oil ,fry the chicken meat until mature. Remove it .
2. Fry the MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste for a while, add in chicken meat and continuous until fragrance.Ready to serve.
Sambal Chili Shrimp Fry Rice Method (Suitable for rice stick and noodle aslo)
 
Preparation:
1.MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste 1 pkt.
2.Seafood or meat (200g).
3.Egg 3 nos
4.Cooked rice (people), oil 3 spoon.
 
Cooking method:
1.Heat the oil , fry the seafood (or meat) and beaten egg until cooked.
2.Add in MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste and fry until fragrance.
3.Add in cooked rice and stir- fry until fragrance. Ready to serve.
 
MasFood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste
 
Ingredient:
Garlic ,lemongrass,sugar,salt,shallot,cili,shrimp,MSGE621 & Preservative(E211).
Kam Heong Chili Crab Cooking Method (Suitable for clam also)
 
Preparation:
1)Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste1pkt .
2)Crab 3pcs (800-1kg).
3)Evaporated filled milk or milk powder(appropriate)
4)Dark soy sauce,curry leaf and chili padi(appropriate).
 
Cooking Method:
1)Steam the crab for preparation.
2)Fry the Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste for a white ,add in dark soy sause,curry leaf, chili padi and continuous fry until fragrance.
3)Add in cooked crab and evaporayed filled filled milk (or milk powder)and continuous stir-fry until fragrance.Ready to serve.
 
Ramuan :
Bawang merah ,barang putih ,gula , garam ,minyak ,cili ,udang,belacan ,MSG(E621), preservative(2110).
 
Sambal Udang
1.Boleh makan segera dengan makanan lain selepas buka paket.
2.Jika tidak makan selepas buka paket ,,sila simpan di peti sejuk. Kali lain makan selepas digorengkan.
Cara masak Ayam Sambal Udang (Sesuai untuk menggoreng ikan,kambing, lembu,kerang, petai,kangkung juga)
 
Perserdiakan:
1.MasFood Sambal Udang Sebarguna 1pkt.
2.Daging ayam (800g-1kg).
 
Cara Memasak:
1.Panaskan minyak, gorengkan daging ayam sehingga masak .Simpan tepi .
2.Menggorengkan MasFood Sambal Udang sebarguna sehigga wangi. Kemudian masukkan daging ayam yang masak, gorengkan semula dan kacau rata. Hidangkan dengan panas.
