101 PORTUGUESE STYLE (STEAM FISH) PASTE

INGREDIENT :
Shallot, lemon grass, chilli, sugar, salt, spices and vegetable oil.
TO STEAM :
Steam 700g of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in Masfood 101 Portuguese Style(Steamed-Fish) Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes.
TO FRY :
Stir-fry 700g of prawn /squid /chicken together with Masfood 101 Portuguese Style(Steamed-Fish) Paste for a few minutes. Add in 100ml water and cook until boil and serve hot.
Ramuan :
Bawang, Serai, Cili , Gula Garam, Perisa dan Minyak Sawit.
Cara Kukus :
Kukuskan 700gm Ikan selama 10 minit. Masukan perencah ikan kukus sehingga ikan masak.
Cara Goreng :
Goreng 700gm udang / sotong / ayam dengan perencah selama 10 minit. Campur 100ml air. Masaknya sehingga masak.
