INGREDIENTS:
Chili, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar, MSG (E621) & Preservative (E211).
 
PREPARATION:
1. Masfood 101 Instant Curry Paste For Cooking Chicken or Meat 1 pkt.
2. Chicken / Mutton / Beef / Meat 1.2kg.
3. 1 whole coconut milk or Evaporated filled milk.
4. Also can prepare other favorite materials like: potato.
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Fried the Masfood 101 Instant Curry Paste for a while, then add in 500ml water into wok and boil it.
2. Then add in 1.2kg meat and other favorite materials, cook until mature.
3. Lastly add in coconut milk, stir it. Then, served while hot.
* If cook thick, no need to add coconut milk.
* Also can use for fried rice stick, fried noodle, fried rice, fried chicken meat, BBQ, vegetable curry and instant noodle.
 
RAMUAN:
Cili, Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Minyak Sayuran, Garam, Gula, MSG (E621) dan Preservative (E211).
 
PERSEDIAAN:
1. 1pkt Perencah Kari Ayam Segera Masfood 101.
2. Daging Ayam / Kambing / Lembu 1.2kg.
3. Santan Pekat 1 biji atau susu sejat.
4. Bahan kegemaran seperti kentang dan lain-lain.
 
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Menggorengkan Rempah Kari Ayam Segera Masfood 101 sekejap, menambah 500ml air dan didihkan.
2. Masukkan 1.2kg daging ayam dan bahan kegemaran dan masakkan sehingga masak.
3. Akhirnya, menambah Santan Pekat dan mengaul. Kemudian makan dengan panas.
*Jika masak pekat, tidak perlu santan.
*Juga boleh diguna untuk menggoreng mi hun, nasi, mee, ayam, BBQ, kari sayur dan mi segera.
