INGREDIENTS:
Ligusticum, Fructus Lycii, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Angelica Sinensis, Pepper and Spices.
 
PREPARATION:
1. 1 packet Spices For Cooking Masfood Meat Bone Tea Soup.
2. 1kg meat, ribs (cut into preferred size).
3. 3 pieces garlic.
4. 2000ml water.
5. 2 spoon soy sauce.
6. 2 spoon oyster sauce.
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Boil 2000ml water.
2. Add in Masfood Ichiban Meat Bone Tea Spices, garlic, meats, ribs, soy sauce, oyster sauce into the boiling water.
3. Boil the water again and then cook for 1 hour using low fire. Remove filter bag and serve hot.
*Also can add in White Pepper Powder, Fried Bean Curd, Mushroom and other favorite food.
 
PERSEDIAAN:
1. Rempah Herba Untuk Sup Tulang Masfood 1 packet.
2. 1kg daging (potong dalam ketul).
3. 3 biji bawang putih.
4. 2000ml air.
5. 2 sudu kicap.
6. 2 sudu sos tiram.
 
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Didihkan 2000ml air.
2. Tambahkan Rempah Herba Untuk Sup Tulang Masfood, daging, bawang putih, kicap, sos tiram ke dalam air didih.
3. Didihkan air semula, kemudian masakkan selama 1 jam dengan api kecil. Keluarkan bungkusan rempah, makan dengan panas.
*Boleh tambahkan Serbuk Lada, Tauhu Goreng, Cendawan dan makanan kegemaran juga.
