Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste. 
Ingredients: Onion,Garlic,Belacan,(shrimp paste),Shrimp, Galangal,Lemongrass, Palm Oil, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate,Chili, Sugar, Benzoic Acid.




(1) Chilli Crab (or other seafood such as shrimp, fish, etc.)
(1) Preparation : a packet of Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste , one kilogram of crab, two eggs, 800 ml water.
(1) Cooking Method: Firstly , Steam the crab to medium well, Stir-fry Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste until fragrant, Add in 800ml water and bring it to boil. Then add and cook the crab well.Finally, add the eggs and mix well.
2) Fried shrimp chili sauce(or other seafood)
Preparation: A packet Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste, one kilogram of shrimp or other seafood, 50 ml of water.
Cooking Method: the shrimp (or other seafood), 50 ml of water and a packet of Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste saute until shrimp (or other seafood) well cooked.
(3) chili sauce boiled fish (or other seafood)
Preparation: A packet of Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste , one kg of fish (or other seafood), 800ml of water, 1 salty plum, one diced tomato.
Cooking Method: a packet of Chili Seafood All Purpose Paste, bring 800ml of water to boil then add the fish (or other seafood), salty plum and tomato. Ready to serve. (Do watch the temperature)
