Nasi lemak (serve 6)
5 cup rice, 500ml thick coconut milk, 2 slices ginger, 2 shallot, peeled & smashed 1 tsb salt & oil pandan leaves, knotted.
Cooking Method :
1.Wash the rice until clean then drain and then put in rice, ginger, shallots, pandan leaves, salt and oil in a rice cooker.
2.Pour coconut milk over the rice the level of coconut milk should be 2cm above the level of the rice.
3.Cook rice until dry then loosen it eith a wooden ladle. Serve Nasi Lemak with sambal nasi lemak gainish with wgg, Serve hot.
Refrigerate after opening.
